Our products
We sell personalised children's books and art prints. Each product is made to order based on the personalisation details you provide at checkout.
Placing an order
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe
- You will receive an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout
- Please double-check the child's name spelling before ordering — personalised products cannot be changed after production begins
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund
Personalisation
Important: You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and details you submit. We print exactly what you enter. Refunds are not available for misspellings entered by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that contain offensive, inappropriate, or trademarked content.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery
- Digital downloads are available immediately after payment confirmation
- Physical prints and books are printed on demand and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days
- Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–10 business days within Australia
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control
Returns & refunds
- Digital downloads: Due to the personalised and digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered, unless the file is faulty or not as described
- Physical products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint and reship at no cost
- Wrong personalisation entered by customer: We are unable to offer refunds in this case, but contact us and we will try to help
- Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by these terms
Intellectual property
All illustrations and artwork on this site are the original work of Little Legend and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use that product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our artwork without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
